Photo 1: The US formed the 38th Parallel along the peninsula to prevent the Soviet army from invading, which was completely overrun during the invasion in 1950 and since the war more strict borders, just like these, still exist along the border between North and South Korea today.

Photo 4: American B-26 bombers drop bombs, in to the major city of Wonsan, in North Korea, to drawback and make the North Korean side and its allies, retreat back even further in 1951, when the allies had strengthened the attack and unleashed the bombers, from the sky as a key attacking field.
Photo 5: The Gloster Meteors, part of the 77 squadron was sent as part of the RAAF assistance from Australia to many army bases in South Korea and was also a key major battle ground due to the innovation of these planes, to assist in air to air combat towards the opposition, the use of bombs to deter of ground enemies.
